Jeffry G Garew
Chief Executive Officer
Jeffry G. Garew is an accomplished software engineer, systems architect, and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in aerospace, defense, and robotics. As Founder and CEO of Digital Soul Technologies, LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), he spearheads innovative solutions for managing humanoid robotic fleets, specializing in initialization, certifications, operations, and additive manufacturing integration. He also owns JEM Distributions, LLC and ProxShip.com, where he has developed secure platforms for federal contract management, warehouse inventory systems, and e-commerce logistics. Since 2022, Jeffry has served as a Space Payload Integration and Test Engineer at Sandia National Laboratories, ensuring the functionality and proper installation of the Global Burst Detection system on GPS satellites. In this role, he acts as a key liaison between national laboratories, the U.S. Space Force, and Lockheed Martin, supporting critical national security objectives. His technical expertise spans C#, Java, Python, C++, SQL Server, Oracle, and MongoDB, with a proven track record of delivering mission-critical systems. Jeffry’s career includes impactful roles at Lockheed Martin, where he supported GPSIII satellite integration, Raytheon, where he developed GPS system solutions, Dell Federal, where he architected telemetry services, and United Launch Alliance (ULA), where he designed asset tracking and thin-client applications for aerospace operations. His work has consistently met stringent Department of Defense and federal standards. A U.S. Army veteran (1998–2004), Jeffry served as a Psychological Operations Specialist and Munitions Manager with the 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) and 324th PsyOp Company, bringing strategic insight to high-stakes missions. He holds an active Top Secret clearance as well as a Q level DOE clearance. Jeffry earned a Master of Science in Software Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Colorado Technical University, graduating a year early with 240 credit hours. He holds certifications in MongoDB Developer/DBA, C++, Java, and web development. Based in Castle Rock, Colorado, Jeffry combines technical expertise with entrepreneurial vision, driving innovation in aerospace, robotics, and software solutions while mentoring emerging SDVOSB businesses.

Drew Colchin
Chief Operating Officer
Drew Colchin is a highly skilled systems engineer with extensive experience in aerospace, satellite integration, and systems testing, specializing in the Nuclear Detonation Detection System (NDS) for GPS satellites. Since 2020, he has served as a GPS III/IIIF Hosted Payload Integration Engineer and Technical Lead at Infinity Systems Engineering, supporting Lockheed Martin Space in Littleton, Colorado. In this role, Drew oversees the integration and delivery of the Global Burst Detector (GBD) hardware, coordinating with Sandia and Los Alamos National Laboratories, the U.S. Space Force, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with stringent requirements. He hosts technical interchange meetings, develops test plans, and manages thousands of payload command and telemetry entries, ensuring seamless satellite assembly, integration, and testing (AI&T) processes. Drew’s career also includes significant contributions at Infinity Systems Engineering with Raytheon in Aurora, Colorado, where he worked as a GPS OCX Systems Simulator (GSYS) Test/Systems Engineer from 2019 to 2020, verifying system-level requirements and developing test scenarios for GPS-III satellites. Earlier, as a Junior Systems Engineer and Lead Drafter (2017–2019), he managed technical drawings and maintenance manuals, and as an AutoCAD Technician (2016–2017), he produced thousands of professional drawings meeting government standards. Drew holds a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering (2022) and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Aerospace Engineering (2015) from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. His expertise includes model-based systems engineering (MBSE), SysML, and project management principles, with a focus on system design, risk analysis, and test planning. He maintains an active Top Secret/SCI clearance (issued 2022), enabling his work on sensitive national security projects. Valentina's career highlights include serving as Financial Controller at Garden of the Gods Resort & Club (2024-2025), where she streamlined month-end closes, automated processes, and led system transitions for a multifaceted resort operation. Previously, as Financial Controller at Colorado Springs Marriott (2022-2024), she managed budgets, audits, and payroll for a 309-room hotel, improving internal controls and cash flow forecasting.
